In light of mandatory remote working due to COVID-19, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals turned to BEWISE for the design and switch to the Microsoft 365 suite, so that its 750 employees can continue to work remotely while ensuring productivity, simplified administration, absolute security.
In particular, the existing infrastructure was updated to the latest version of the on-premise Exchange, a Hybrid Infrastructure was designed to connect Microsoft Office 365 with the on-premise infrastructure, while all the Microsoft Office 365 suite security products were activated. These include password writeback capabilities, single sign-in, Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication. At the same time, the on-premise security policies were transferred and incorporated into the corresponding Microsoft Azure services.
Although Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals staff work remotely, they have the same tools at their disposal, such as emails, access to files, cloud services and all these with maximum system security, as when they at the office.
