Job Description

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? BEWISE SA is looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead complex IT infrastructure initiatives.

Your Role at BEWISE

In this role, you will be the bridge between our client requirements and internal IT engineering teams.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a well-rounded professional who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

🔹 Education & Experience

  • University (Bachelor) degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of managing Modern Workplace, Cloud, Infrastructure and CyberSecurity projects.

🔹 Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding, including but not limited to:
    • MW, Cloud & Hybrid environments (M365, Azure, On-Premises DCs, Backup)
    • Network & Collaboration Solutions (Wired, Wireless, Routing, SDWAN, Unified Communication, Contact Centers)
    • CyberSecurity (Defensive, Offensive, GRC)
  • Strong proficiency in ITIL (IT Service Management).
  • Ability to present and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prior technical experience as MW Engineer (M365), Systems/Cloud Engineer or Network Engineer.

🔹 Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with customers, engineers and sales teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

🔹 Language Skills

  • Fluent English — strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
